"My plan" please critique and advise
My endgame is to have a diverse portfolio contacting 4-5 free and clear rental properties while doing 2-3 fix and flips a year with 10-30 wholesale deals a year. But as I'm just getting started with limited capital and time,I want to focus on mastering wholesale and moving out from that point. Also debating between finding mentor/coach vs attaining my RE license (leaning RE license). From the info so far on site having RE license can be advantageous to a wholesaler or any rei because of access to MLS and knowledge I'd aquire working as a realtor. One last question, since at the start I will be working full time 430 pm to 430 a, how would I go about getting a broker to sponsor my license without having time to be in office as a fulltime realtor without fees that would causing me to lose money if I'm just starting out? Appreciate any help
