Hey All! I am a member of a new investment team in the Southeast Valley area of Phoenix and we already have our first property in escrow. We're planning to add a huge master bedroom onto the back of a 2 bedroom/1 bath house we bought and update it to today's trends. It's a big project for our first flip, but my two business partners are both licensed realtors with previous flip experience. I've got 14+ years experience with production home builders under my belt and am now looking to branch out on my own. Our current plan is to flip, buy and hold and wholesale properties to ultimately provide a self sustaining business that can fully support the lifestyle we want to obtain while giving us more freedom to spend time with our families.

Anyway, I just wanted to introduce myself and start networking on Bigger Pockets. I'm always looking for new connections, so if I can help you out or you can help me out in any way, let's get to know each other.

Thanks and I look forward to meeting and working with as many people as I can!

Kurt
