Hello Bigger Pockets

I'm new to r.e.i. and am in the process of gathering cash for my first down pmt on a flip. I've been flipping everything from rv's to guns. If its not tied down, I'll sell it! I would love to hear from someone who started this way. Also, I'm looking for a group to connect with in the Austin Texas area
