ABC Zones of Real Estate Locations
All over Biggerpockets I see people speaking of "solid B class" and "war zone" neighborhoods, but is there any standardized measurement to this?
I'm just looking for peoples thoughts and opinions for classifying neighborhoods or better understanding of the ABC zones.
Thanks!
