Purchase/ Buyer Agreements, HELP! (Wholesale Real-Estate)

Hello Everyone,

With so many experienced investors on this site, I'm sure there is someone that can help me. Does anyone know where to find purchase/buyer agreements for wholesaling real-estate? I live in Maryland (I know that there are different requirements for each state). I've written a draft however, I just want to make sure all of the correct legal requirements are included. I thought about having my contact revised by a lawyer, but I am a 21 year old college student, there is no way that I can afford the cost. Does any one have any suggestions?
