Hi, I’m new to Ohio and recently bought a small plot of land. I want to put a home on it, it has utilities running to the property already. A home was on it prior but burned down last year and it’s in the middle of a residential community.
Being new to the area I have no clue where to start when it comes to finding a good builder, anyone have recommendations as I continue my research?

I don’t have a strict timeline and it’s west of Cleveland (Lorain county).
