How do you find out neighborhood rating?

Hi! Trying to navigate the potential of investing out of state (plus the fact that I’ve not yet purchased investment property).  How do you find the neighborhood rating? I’ve looked at Zillow and look at the school scores close by, look at google maps but other than that is their some tool I can leverage to help sped up this process? Thanks!!

    Hi Natalie, do you mean the neighborhood rating in terms of Class A, B, C, D?

    If so, try starting with the median list price in your target market. 

    That will likely put you in C+/B- areas.
