what book do you read?
Hi, i am Kenji and i am 19years old. I want to start investing in real estate but before i can start my journey, i have to prepare.
So my question is what books do you guys recommend? So far I have already read "Rich dad poor dad" and "The book on rental property investing" by Brandon Turner and I am now looking for my next book.
I live in Belguim, so not all laws and rules will be the same here, so it is best not to read American books in connection with their legislation, etc.
Thank you in advance,
Kenji
"Long Distance Real Estate Investing" by David Greene is a good options and will help with getting an idea of good markets all over the place, not just your own backyard.

Set for Life by @Scott Trench is a good primer to become a real estate investor.
@Kenji Van Thuyne you've started with some good ones already. I always recommend Profit First (know how to structure your income), Never Split The Difference (good for negotiation tips) & Exactly What To Say (more sales, negotiation tips).
Quote from @Kenji Van Thuyne:
Start with BiggerPockets Ultimate Beginners Guide (free). It will familiarize you with the basic terminology and benefits. Then you can read a more in-depth book like The Book On Rental Property Investing by Brandon Turner or The Unofficial Guide to Real Estate Investing by Spencer Strauss. Set For Life by Scott Trench or The Total Money Makeover by Dave Ramsey, for invaluable financial insights.
