Hi, I am a 17 year old aspiring RE Investor from GA. I have made it my goal to purchase my first property this year. I've been reading books and researching RE Investing for a couple years and have been reading up on BiggerPockets blogs for a few months now. I'm always being told I can't achieve this goal at such a young age and I am aware of the obstacles. I have credit history and a year of work history. I am more interested in multifamily properties for renting, I am always interested and open to all areas of REI. Any advice on the best legal, and most affordable ways to go about achieving my goal are greatly appreciated. Thanks!
