st.paul/twin cities area flipping for new investors

  1. Hey everyone im new to the site and am looking forward to learning as much as i can. Im looking into cheaper flips in the range of 50-80k total in the MN area but for that price range im probably looking for houses in st.paul twin cities area. I was hoping to get a good idea for the main bigger expenses for older houses in the city and possibly your experiences in this area. Basically any input is great and im all ears
