Just launched my wholesaling business Lets connect!
Hey bigger pockets community I'm a 24 year old new real estate Investor as well as carpenter. I have been doing Carpentry since 18 years old and have lots of experience Framing, as well as flooring installation, and as Finished Carpentry. I recently graduated From the university of southern Maine with a business degree in Small Business and entrepreneurship. I live in the Portland, Maine area and am currently launching my real estate wholesaling business as a short term strategy in order to build knowledge, capital, and a network so that I can eventually start investing in my own projects such as fix and flips, and both short and long term rentals. If anyone in the Southern Maine area is currently wholesaling I would love to hear more about your experiences and anyone else with knowledge in the industry. Lets connect!

If you have good deals start networking with lenders in the area. Pair financing with your deals so your buyers can keep coming back due to leveraging OPM.
