Down Payment Assistance or Lender 100% financing

Good morning, I am just starting out with my first rental property purchase. However, I am in dire need of down payment assistance. Does anyone know of a lender (100% financing) or a down payment assistance to purchase my rental property? The unit is located in Indiana. Thank you in advance for your feedback. Christina

I can introduce you to my cousin Guido from Jersey. Or you can charge it to credit cards.

It's never wise to invest with 100% borrowed money. Even if you have money for the 20% down, it's not wise to spend your last dime making that down payment and leaving yourself vulnerable to losses from a bad tenant or maintenance costs.

If you want to be a successful investor, increase your earnings, reduce your expenses, save up, and buy wisely.
