Cross-border Attorney referrals and advice

Hello everyone,

I am in the process of building out a team and setting up legal stuff. I am a Canadian looking to invest in the USA market and I need referrals to solid Cross-border attorneys and accountants.

I would also love to hear from other Canadians who invest in the US market. What did you need to set up to get started? How was the process for you, and did you get any hiccups or gatchas along the way? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
