New Investor in NY

Greetings All!

My name is Chris. I'm 33 years old and currently living on Long Island, NY. I am originally from Long Island, however, I lived in Houston, TX for seven years. I moved back to NY in July of 2012.

I have been eager to start my real estate career for some time now. My goal is to buy and hold properties in the Houston area. I know Houston and its surrounding areas very well.

I hope to gain some more knowledge on top of research I've done already. I have a business plan that just needs to be put into action.

I welcome all advice from the members here. I hope to make some new connections and speak with people who have been where I am now.
