Recommendations on what career path to start out with.

I’m 26 and have been on analysis paralysis with podcasts for over a year now. I have aspirations to want to become a real estate investor one day but would love to learn the game through working for an investor or investing firm of some sort but I know for a fact that I don’t want to become a realtor. Do any of you have any recommendations on a career that could help me learn the game internally to start out?
