New to real estate investing / some knowledge of wholesaling

Hello everyone I’m looking for the best way to learn and start my real estate investment journey. I am 21 and work construction and frankly tired of it so I want to expand my knowledge. I have some knowledge of whole sale real estate and need my contracts reviews to make sure they are up to Idaho standards if anyone can help me with that and also help me find a place that states local laws on wholesaling.
