Adult Foster Care Home

Stephania Tucker
Posted

I am VERY interested in Adult Foster Care/AFC. I want to purchase a home in Detroit Michigan. Preferably Small Group home without me living in home.  I am not licensed yet. I am still researching on what needs to be done. I will definitely need lending. I hear these places can be very profitable. I am very sensitive to this because I have people that are close to me that are in places like this. Some Detroit Michigan homes cost. I want one of those homes that are nice. I am familiar with Detroit. I know the areas that are coming up. If I can get a home in one of those areas it can benefit me, and the investor that's willing to get this done with me. Any suggestions on this topic.
