I'm new to Wholesales. Please help!

Hello everyone my name is Edwin and I am new to wholesaling myself and I wanted to know if anyone might be able to provide some tips for someone like me that is starting off. I've watched videos about wholesaling and I've gotten really excited about doing it. I just learned about how New York is much different and a bit challenging. How can you be successful doing this as a beginner? I know that it's an attorneys only state so is there ways to still be successful in Rochester,NY? I really appreciate the feedback to hear from you all!
