Details to tell buyer?? Is it safe?

When should I stop or start ? Nothing is under contract and agent is asking for proof of funds, when I ask buyer for it they wanna know about the deal.  I’m concerned if I say enough like town or price listed, arv..they can cut me out and go right to seller/ agent. Let me know ASAP!!
