How accurate are Here Investments projections?

Does anyone know anything about Here Investments? They send out emails with houses currently for sale that may make good STRs. The email includes a house with projections such as the average daily rate and occupancy rate. I'm just wondering how accurate those numbers are or how I can find out how accurate those projections may be?
