Looking for Syndication Mentor in Canada

John Earle
Posted

Hi Everyone

My name's John Earle,  and I’ve spent about the last decade working in information technology (more specifically, cyber security in recent years).

I’m finishing my MBA, and I’ve been doing a lot of research into Syndication and Crowdfunding; I see this as an excellent opportunity to build some wealth.

With that being said, as with many things, it's what I don’t know about the process that will be my downfall (lack of experience, etc).

I’m posting to see if anyone out there would be willing to mentor or partner on a project. Some skill sets I could bring to the table range from digital marketing, site design,  documentation prep, market research, deal searching, and whatever other leg work is required; I just think the most important thing is for me to learn with an experienced sponsor on my side.

The type of venture I think is appealing at this stage is a single home or multi-family unit with existing rental occupants.

If this interests anyone, please reach out, and if anyone has feedback on the best next steps for pursuing this type of venture, it would be greatly appreciated.

All The Best,
John
