House hacking my townhome
Greetings from homestead, Fl. I am trying to get into house hacking with my 4/3 bedroom townhome. I’ve tried the living single things and it’s breaking the back / bank. I would like to know what to look out for as a homeowner here in south Florida while trying to rent 3 rooms and 2 bathrooms. I am as thinking of renting 2/1 and 1/1 split. But not sure how or where to start. Any tips pointers and whatnots would be greatly appreciated.
