MTR Property manager in Henderson, NV. Need some recommendations and advice.

Hello everyone,

We finally got our first property in Henderson and planning an MTR strategy. It's an out of state investment as we live in California.  Can anyone recommend a property manager that does MTR?  I've contacted a few property managers but everyone said that they don't do MTR's.  I am in the process of posting on Furnished Finder.  Any other recommendations?  Is there anyone in the area or that invests in the are that can share resources or even chat with some guidance?
