 26, with $180k cash ready , I'm open to venturing into real estate in the DFW area. What approach would you recommend for maximizing returns with this initial investment

 @Eduardo Solorzano I would look into 4plex's. The Benbrook area just had 2 4plex's sell for $550K and there are some up north as well. 

with $180K cash you could potentially purchase 8-10 doors with that.
