Pay per lead: Generating capital to dealholders

Hi all!

This is my first post here but not my first experience with real estate.

In the UK I facilitated similar deals to what in the US is called syndication. I found a property and crowdfunded the investment.

Now moving to the States it will take some time to acquire the right documentation to start anything it's like. (3 yrs).

Is there a market here for qualified capital investors that instead of a finders fee in the end, you would pay per lead?

I could not find any information in my search.

What are you paying per lead for a verified cap ready to invest 20-50k?

I currently have a database of investors in this range but unsure if this would be a viable model.

So it would be very helpful to gain some insight into this segment.

Thanks in advance.

Emelie
