Besides tenant laws what other things do I need to learn when becoming an agent?

Hello everyone this is my third post in BiggerPockets and I need help. I'm currently studying to become a real estate agent and besides learning to become an agent and getting knowledge on tenant laws, what other things should I know that will help me become a very knowledgeable agent?
