Should I take the Real Estate Rookie and BRRRR Bootcamps at the same time?
I am just starting out and do not know much about real estate, so I have enrolled in the 2024 Rookie Bootcamp. However, I have always been interested in leaning more about the BRRRR strategy, thus should I simultaneously enroll in the BRRRR Bootcamp as well, or is this a bad idea? Should I just do the Rookie Bootcamp and then learn more about BRRRR strategy later, such as when the BRRRR class becomes available on demand? Thanks.
