Looking To House Hack
In Jacksonville, Florida and looking to house hack (preferably multifamily). When looking to determine the rent of the property, does the 1% rule really matter ?

House hack is meant to reduce living expenses, the 1% does not apply.
Regarding rules, they only apply if they fit your goals and strategy. I disregarded all the rules and it worked out just fine.
