Hello,

My name is Mike and I'm new to real estate investing. I'm looking to buy a property in 2024 and am currently learning as much as I can (i.e. reading books, analyzing deals, reading bigger pockets blogs, etc). 

I'm currently laid off and would love to use this time to learn as much as possible through mentorship, but understand I need to bring something to the table. 

I have worked in real estate part-time over the years, so I have a decent understanding of RE and have a real estate license in both NY/NJ. I'm willing to help in a number of ways (fixing up a property, researching, info gathering etc.)  and all I'm looking for is the opportunity to learn. 

I live in Brooklyn, but would be open to traveling to North Jersey, LI, NYC, Westchester, or a few other areas that are reasonably commutable. 

If anyone is interested I'd love to set up a call and can tell you about myself, get to know you and we can both share what we would like to get out of this.
