Hello! I'm a new real estate investor that has been on the fence for a little bit but ready to make a change in 2024. I am in the market for my first investment opportunity in the next couple of months. I am hoping to meet other investors with experience and knowledge to share. 

I've read and listened to podcasts and other experts. I'm now wanting to jump in with the right people!
