When you start out investing in real estate you first have to choose your path or you will wander in the forest. Wandering in the forest is analysis paralysis.

If you don't have a clear idea of which path to take, sometimes it just takes having a conversation with someone who knows the options and can help you pinpoint the right path for you. Ask a fellow investor or join a REIA.
