New to REI
Just an introduction of some new members.
My wife, Aletha, and I are new to Real Estate Investing. I'd like to introduce us on here in order to find like-minded individuals to learn from and network with throughout our journey, because we know it is a truism that you become who you associate with.
We are both first responders, live in Rosenberg, TX, and have four great children that we not only want to create a legacy for, but also want to instill the principles of discipline and ambition independent of their parent's success. We have not done a deal yet. We have started to educate ourselves this last year. Our goals reflect rehabilitating distressed properties and flipping them or keeping as rentals depending on our gestalt and the numbers.
We're excited to start to become part of this community and look forward to the future.
