HEllo,
I want to start out wholesaling so i can put some cash in my pocket and i know that i need to find a property and make an offer and get a contract and put the contract in my name and find a buyer and sell it. but what i dont know how can i get a contract? what do i put on the cotract me as buyer? do i give the seller any money? what do i do with the contract whn i find another buyer?
