Average CAPEX Costs & Lifespans In Southern California

Hello, 

I am a new investor trying to estimate how much I should budget for capital expenditures for a small multifamily property in southern California. Specifically, I am looking for the average cost per square foot and the lifespan of the following CAPEX categories:

- Paint
- Appliances
- HVAC
- Flooring
- Water Heater
- Landscaping
- Roof
- Driveway
- Bathroom Renovation
- Kitchen Renovation
