Guidance needed - failing short term property looking to 1031 exchange it
I currently fully own a million dollar AIRBNB in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. The ROI isn't as great as I would like and the cash flow is too inconsistent. I am looking to reinvest elsewhere. The short term market is too inconsistent for me so I am looking at either getting into mid term rentals or long-term rentals. Would love any advice on where / what I should 1031 exchange this to.
