First Time - New Construction to sell, Architect as Developer

Hi BiggerPockets team - I've worked in my city for over a decade as an Architect, both commercial and residential. At this point I understand the market, contractors, and the permitting process. I am looking to develop my own single family home, and hire myself as the architect. I see a lot of information on here for house hacking, BRRR etc. Does anyone have good resources for single family newcon for resell? What type of loans to look for etc... As well looking for information from those who've hired themselves as the architect.

Any books, podcasts, resources are greatly appreciated. If anyone has done this - I would love to chat with you!

Thanks so much for the help.
