Not Sure How To Get Started

Hey all, I am currently a high school senior and want to get a start with real estate investing. I've looked at two methods, wholesaling and BRRRR. However I have little to no capital and since loans for investing require 20-25% down, I can't use BRRRR. I wanted to know if wholesaling is a good approach to raising enough capital and if any risks are involved. I want to get a head start as soon as I am out of school and would like someone to show me the ropes of real estate investing. Is my idea of wholesaling to raise capital completely unreachable or should I try a different approach? Any helpful responses would be appreciated!😁
