Best real estate financial modeling class for beginner

Hi, I'd like to find a good financial modeling class for a beginner, to help evaluate potential deals, if anyone can make some suggestions. One that will also teach about the standard metrics and terms involved as well. I'm looking to build a foundation in deal analysis.
