State provision prohibiting option assignment with intent to resell
Im trying to find out if there is a Kentucky state provision prohibiting a person, without a real estate license, from assigning an option, with the intent to resell. My understanding is that this varies from state to state.
I know that optioning houses with the 'clear' intent to resell or 'not buy' could be construed as practicing real estate without a license by some.
Any direction is much appreciated.
Thanks,
Tim

Like almost every state, where the fine line gets crossed is the moment you market the property.
