Buy and Hold Partnership
Hi All,
I am currently working to get into a house hacking situation where I would purchase a multi-family property and live in one unit while renting the others. My issue is I live in Santa Barbara and am struggling to raise enough capital to place a down payment and cover unforeseen expenses as a landlord. Therefore, I am looking to partner with someone I know in the area who could help. I want to bring them in with the understanding that I will eventually buy them out of the property. What is the best way to structure a deal of this nature?
