Aspiring investor here trying to get started
Hi all!
New member here and my name is Joseph, based in California. I'm just trying to get started on my real estate investing journey and I've just finished the book on Rental Property Investing by Brandon Turner, can't say I know everything now but at least I know the big picture!
The question I have is that to get started in today's market, where could we still do rental property investing? I have looked at several properties on Zillow and some of them looked ok according to the analysis I ran (~5% CoC). Or should I hold on to my cash wait til the crash (if there is one) happens and then do it?
I have around 100k cash and 200k in stock that I can liquidate if needed. What's my best strategy right now?
