Financial stability for my family

Hello All, I am new here to BiggerPockets and I wanted your input on my current situation. I own two properties 1 2br, 1h1.5 bath (740 Ann St, Stroudsburg PA 18360), no mortgage, tenant occupied $1275 month. The 2nd property 576 Palisade Ave unit 2, Jersey City NJ 07303 3 br, 2 bath, $362,900 mortgage, tenant occupied, $2860 month. I moved out of the country three years ago. I am trying to decide if I should continue to try and expand my real estate portfolio or if I should sell out of my units. I would like to leave my 6-year-old son with a great financial base and something he can expand on, so I am leaning towards the latter. However, I have no idea how or where to get started, especially since I am no longer in the US for any extended length of time. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!
