I’m a fresh investor out of Dayton Ohio. I've been looking at some multiple-family properties and I believe I came across one that could be a good investment. Even just for the sake of gaining more knowledge if I could get some advice on if the property would be a good investment and what creative idea would be available to acquire the property.
