Getting into Real Estate

Hey All,

I'm looking to get my real estate license. I'm currently employed full time but I have the real estate itch. I would like to get some experience in for the future for my own real estate portfolio.

My questions are:

Is it possible to work part time? Is there another route in real estate?

Should i go with KellerWilliams/Weichert (I'm assuming this is the fastest way to get in).

If you're local in the essex/bergen/sussex county I would like to hear from your experience.

What should I be aware of?

Any help is appreciated. Thank you
