Getting an attorney for first property?
Hello everyone,
So we are currently looking for our first property. We are looking for a Multi-family so that we can house hack. Would you guys advise to get an attorney no matter what? What would be the risk of not doing so?
The house is list to sell "as-is"
Thanks in advance
