Trying to start out (23 Y/o)
Hi All,
This is my first post on Bigger Pockets. I just started looking into real estate and am trying to get started. I live currently in the New York City area so the market here is very expensive. I was looking into Buffalo NY now as it seems much more reasonable for me. I make pretty good money through my union job (117,000 before taxes) but I just started a year ago so I do not have that much money saved up yet. I plan on going into a deal with one of my brothers who lives in Buffalo currently. Any tips/info on getting started is appreciated thank you.
