Property Management and other partners
Hello,
I am just getting started in my real-estate investing journey and plan on having a property manager and other people available to work on the property as needed. Should these people be looked into first and hired? How do you go about having this secured once you have a property purchased? Also, do property management companies have contractors, handyman, ect on staff that they already utilize or is that someone additional you have in your pocket, ready to go?
thank you!
