Need help in Subject to, Installment contract, wrap around mortgage.

Hello,

I am looking for information regarding a home I have that myself and my ex wife's parents are on the deed. I am the only one on the loan and I am wanting to know if there is away I can ensure that should I die, i want my wife to either be able sell the property or see if my ex wife's family can refinance the property in their name. I am doing this as I plan to put the property on my will.  My ex wife's parents are the ones paying me the house payment and I pay the lender. I was told I can add a subject to or an installment contract or a wrap around mortgage. I am really trying to get this home loan out of my name but her family is stubborn and won't sell and will hardly qualify for a home loan. What the best route?
