New Investor--looking for help making sure analyzing and decisions are accurate

Hi! We are first time investors in the Maryland area. We are hoping to find someone who is willing to look over our offers and help us run the numbers the first few times. We are looking to invest in larger multifamilies with a DSCR loan. We have a property that we are hoping to place an offer on, but we want to make sure we are dotting our i's before moving forward. We have the construction/rehab side down, but would like some assistance with the financing/cash flow side. We'd love to develop a relationship with someone who can provide coaching/assistance moving forward. We have read all of the books and watched all of the Youtube videos but still would like some support with the next step.
