HI everyone !
Hope you you all having a great weekend. Think its safe to say all the good deals us investors need are off market so I'm learning to source my own deals! Just figured out how to get courthouse weekly data for my county. Am I to get the info containing all cases filed reports or case disposed of reports? Please let me know & why. Thanks in advance.
